Commit to your personal safety and try your first class for free.
Join us for a dynamic one-hour weekly self defense class designed to empower individuals of all abilities and skill levels. This class focuses on practical techniques and strategies to build confidence, enhance personal safety, and promote a sense of autonomy.
What you will learn:
- situational and social awareness – identifying potential danger or red flags, so they can be avoided
- set and protect boundaries through voice and other physical techniques
- physical safety – learn how to use the hard parts of your body against the soft parts of an assailant, how to fall and get up from the ground safely
- what to do in the aftermath – how to tell your story to promote healing
Each class you will learn a new technique or have the opportunity to practice what you already know.
This class is for 16 years+. Ages 12-15 must be accompanied by a guardian.
All fitness and experience levels are welcome.
