Linda

Linda Štucbartová is an entrepreneur, women’s activist, and leadership coach active in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. Over the course of her career, she has worked with more than a thousand women leaders across the CEE region through long-term empowerment and transformation programs aimed at fostering resilience and leadership skills.
Her most recent initiative, Empowerment Self Defense Czechia, is a mother-daughter company founded to address safety and self-defense through a holistic approach. Within just two years, the program has successfully trained over 2,500 individuals, focusing on vulnerable segments of the population in the Czech Republic. Through this project, Linda combines her expertise in coaching, activism, and innovative program design to inspire courage, resilience, and empowerment in communities across the region.
